Project Background
Funded by the European Union (EU), PCSIR Karachi is implementing a project to modernize its fruit and vegetable testing laboratory. The goal is to boost Pakistan’s agricultural exports by ensuring international compliance of produce.
Vacant Positions
1. Laboratory Technician (PPS-06)
Qualifications:
BSc/MSc in Chemistry (HEC-recognized).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in analytical testing.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Office and lab software.
Age Limit: 25–35 years.
2. Laboratory Attendant (PPS-02)
Qualifications:
FA/FSc (Science) or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior work in government labs preferred.
Age Limit: 20–30 years.
Key Eligibility Criteria
GPA Requirement: Minimum 2.5 CGPA in final degree.
Experience Priority: Candidates with government lab exposure favored.
Gender Equality: Women strongly encouraged to apply.
Documentation: Attested copies of CNIC, degrees, experience certificates, and 2 passport-sized photos required.
Terms & Conditions
Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable based on project needs).
Salary: PPS-scale pay; no additional allowances.
