Job Details

Position: Facilitation Officer
Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable based on performance)
Salary: PKR 40,000/- (all-inclusive)
Total Vacancies: 19

Place of Posting:

• 8 positions: Islamabad International Airport
• 5 positions: Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore
• 4 positions: Jinnah International Airport, Karachi
• 2 positions: Gwadar International Airport

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• At least a 2nd class Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in any administrative role.

Age Limit:

• Maximum age: 30 years (including general age relaxation).

Responsibilities

The Facilitation Officer will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating with airport authorities to address and resolve complaints and problems faced by Overseas Pakistanis during arrival and departure.
2. Managing the One Window Facilitation Desk at airports systematically and efficiently.
3. Assisting Overseas Pakistanis during crises, including managing repatriation processes.
4. Briefing incoming and outgoing Overseas Pakistanis about OPF’s welfare schemes.
5. Performing other tasks assigned by the Competent Authority.

Terms and Conditions

1. Age will be calculated as of the closing date for application submissions.
2. Eligibility will be determined based on academic qualifications and experience.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests and interviews.
4. Information provided in the application will be verified. False information may lead to disqualification and legal action.
5. Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel.
6. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
7. OPF reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
