Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO), incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1984, and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), is licensed to distribute and supply electricity to more than 6.47 million valued consumers with 19,202 employees within the defined geographical areas of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana Districts.

Available Positions

1. Assistant Manager/Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• Required Qualification and Experience: B.Sc./B.E degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 1st Division from HEC recognized universities, with PEC valid registration as Electrical/Electronic Engineer.

2. Assistant Manager (Customer Services)

• Required Qualification and Experience: M.Sc. (Phy)/M.A. (Stat)/M.A. (Math)/M.A. (Eco)/M.Com/MBA/M.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. Engineering (with valid PEC registration) from HEC recognized university/institute.

3. Assistant Manager (Accounts)

• Required Qualification and Experience: CA Inter/ICMA Inter, MBA (Finance)/M.Com/BBA (Hons.) or sixteen years of education in accounting or finance from HEC recognized university/institute with 2 years’ experience.

4. Assistant Manager (HR)

• Required Qualification and Experience: MBA/MPA/MA in HR/M.Sc. Computer Science/Statistics/Master’s Degree in English or equivalent from HEC recognized university/institute. Minimum two 1st divisions from Matric to Master’s level. Capable of operating computers with special emphasis on Windows and MS Office applications.

Instructions & General Conditions

1. All appointments are purely on a contract basis at a market-based lump sum package, non-pensionable, with no long-term benefits, and will not be converted into permanent positions.
2. Applicants will be on a six-month probation period.
3. OTS will charge 50% of the fee from the applicant & the rest 50% shall be paid by LESCO. Each applicant will pay Rs 80/- to the testing agency.
4. Candidate’s degrees having Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) will be evaluated with HEC standard chart available on HEC website.
5. Only those candidates who have completed their degree are eligible to apply. Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible.
6. Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies/SOEs should apply through the proper channel.
7. Minimum passing marks in the written test will be 50%.
8. Computer knowledge (including MS Office, Windows, Internet & E-mail etc.) is compulsory.
9. Only qualified candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be allowed to appear in the written test. Passing the written test does not guarantee employment.
10. Selected candidates can be posted anywhere under LESCO’s jurisdiction as per company requirements.
11. LESCO reserves the right to decrease/increase the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without any reason.
12. Dismissed/screened out employees of any organization or those with a criminal record are not eligible. Clearance of character and antecedents from the agencies/police is mandatory.
13. Concealment or misrepresentation of facts will lead to disqualification. All academic certificates/degrees, domicile, and police verification will be verified from respective authorities. Fake documents will result in withdrawal of employment and recovery of salaries paid.
14. Late submission via courier service will not bind LESCO and the Testing Agency.

3. Applications submitted by hand or received after the due date will not be entertained.
