NBP Bank Jobs 2025 is seeking a to report to the Wing Head – Small & Medium Recovery Wing.
Educational/Professional Qualification: A minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Candidates with a Master’s Degree And any other relevant professional qualification
Experience: A minimum of 02 years of working experience with a financial institution, with at least 01 year in Commercial. Candidates with experience in relevant litigation
Responsibilities and Duties
Key responsibilities include:
Providing input in formulating strategies for recovery targets assigned by the competent authority.
Reviewing portfolio and coordinating with customers for the recovery of loans and maintaining recovery sheets and MIS.
Conducting meetings with defaulters, Legal Division, and External Agencies to address and resolve issues that may arise in the recovery of NPL accounts.
.Performing any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
