NIBAF Seeks E-Learning Expert for National Financial Literacy Program
The National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF) Pakistan is seeking the services of a highly skilled and experienced E-Learning Expert. This is a crucial role for a national-level Financial Literacy and Inclusion Program (FLIP), aimed at creating and delivering effective digital learning content to a wide audience.
The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the learning platform and the end-users, ensuring that the educational content is accessible, engaging, and mobile-friendly. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on a project of national importance.
Key Role and Responsibilities
The E-Learning Expert will be responsible for providing strategic and technical guidance throughout the content development lifecycle. Key duties include:
Providing expert advice and support to digital content service providers.
Collaborating with content creators to ensure all materials meet NIBAF’s high standards and pedagogical goals.
Advising on the creation of interactive and engaging learning materials, such as interactive PDFs and e-books.
Offering technical assistance related to the e-learning platform’s infrastructure, both online and offline.
Providing recommendations for the training and capacity building of relevant staff.
Advising the program’s steering committee on all matters related to e-learning content.
Working closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop cutting-edge learning materials based on performance outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a strong blend of technical expertise and practical experience. The required qualifications are:
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
LMS Experience: Proven experience in successfully completing projects involving Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle and digital content creation.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in communication design, UX/UI principles, and interactive content creation tools (e.g., Genially, Level Up!, H5P).
Demonstrated ability to create logical, effective, and technically sound communication and content delivery systems.
Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards for developing web-based and mobile-first content.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in the e-learning field.
Strategic Abilities: The ability to advise on the selection of software, platforms, and long-term, sustainable content strategies.
