NGC Jobs 2025: National Grid Company Seeks Legal Professionals
The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC), formerly known as NTDC, has announced job opportunities for energetic and experienced legal professionals. NGC, which plays a crucial role in the country’s economic growth through its excellent transmission and dispatch network, is inviting applications for several Deputy Manager positions.
This is a prime opportunity for qualified legal experts to join a leading national organization in the power sector. The initial contract will be for three years, extendable with mutual consent.
Available Deputy Manager Positions
NGC is seeking to fill the following key legal positions:
Deputy Manager (Regulatory Affairs) – 1 Position
Deputy Manager (Energy Contract) – 1 Position
Deputy Manager (Litigation) – 1 Position
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for any of the Deputy Manager positions must meet the following criteria:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law. A Master’s in Law or being a Barrister at Law
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience is required. This must include at least 3 years of law practice experience gained through a law firm and/or as in-house counsel in a corporate organization.
Skills:
The incumbent must be computer literate.
Knowledge of laws related to the electricity sector will be an additional advantage.
Registration:registered with a Provincial or the Pakistan Bar Council.
Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 35 years as of the last date of application submission.

Deposit Test Fee: A test fee of Rs. 650/- (Six Hundred & Fifty only) must be deposited as prescribed by NTS.

Application Deadline: The last date for the receipt of applications is August 18, 2025.
Important Instructions and Conditions
Biometric Verification: An important announcement states that biometric verification of all shortlisted candidates will be conducted at NTS Test Centers.
Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
Document Verification: Candidates appearing for the interview must bring their original credentials (CNIC, educational certificates verified by HEC, experience certificates, and Bar Council registration).
