The bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the key position of Divisional Head – Strategic Marketing (SVP/EVP) in its Logistics, Communications, and Marketing department, based in Karachi. This role is critical for driving the bank’s strategic marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Position Details

- Reporting To: Group Chief – Logistics, Communications & Marketing
- Employment Type: Contractual (initially three years, renewable upon performance)
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in marketing, communications, or public relations will be preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, including at least 05 years in a leadership role in marketing or public relations.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven ability to identify market trends, strategize effectively, and execute campaigns that enhance brand recognition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development: Create and implement integrated brand marketing campaigns to strengthen brand recognition and customer engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze brand performance metrics to optimize strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Digital Marketing: Innovate creative online and offline marketing strategies, leveraging social media, digital tools, and stakeholder engagement.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team to deliver measurable results.
- Public Relations: Strengthen relationships with stakeholders, media, and PR agencies to maintain a positive public image, particularly during crises.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to develop insights and identify short-term and long-term growth opportunities.
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
