Reporting To: Divisional Head – Cash Management
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from a recognized university/institute (HEC recognized). Candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 08 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 03 years in corporate and/or cash management roles.
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Solid understanding of banking products and services, with expertise in cash management.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and business development.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Cash Management team, ensuring targets related to customer portfolio yield, relationship building, and risk management are achieved.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, aiming to increase business opportunities and maximize overall customer satisfaction.
Support Business Development & Revenue Generation through effective collaboration with other business units.
Oversee the implementation of cash management products and services, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Contribute to the Bank’s broader financial goals by promoting cross-selling of other NBP products.

2. Unit Head – Corporate Banking (AVP/VP)

Reporting To: Regional Corporate Head
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from a recognized university/institute (HEC recognized). Candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 08 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 03 years in corporate and/or investment banking roles.

- In-depth understanding of Corporate Banking products and services.
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills.

Experience:
- A minimum of 03 years of experience in Corporate Banking, with a focus on client relationship management.
