Key Overview of Available Positions
All announced positions carry executive ranks of Assistant Vice President (AVP) or Vice President (VP). Below is a detailed summary of the vacant roles, educational requirements, and minimum experience benchmarks:
1. Unit Head – Customer Experience and Onboarding (AVP / VP)
Reporting To: Wing Head – Self Service & RDA
Place of Posting: Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad
Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university. Candidates holding a Master's degree in Business Administration / Design or relevant field will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 08 years of experience in Banking and/or Financial Institutions and/or Telecom/Fintech, with at least 03 years of experience in Customer Onboarding and/or Digital Onboarding and/or User Interface / User Experience. Preference given to candidates with 03+ years of specific customer onboarding experience.
2. Unit Head – Debit & Credit Card Partnerships & Alliances (AVP / VP)
Reporting To: Wing Head – Direct & Digital Card
Place of Posting: Karachi
Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Candidates holding a Master's degree in Computer Science and/or Business Management or relevant field will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 08 years of experience in Banking and/or Financial Institutions and/or Telecom/Fintech, with at least 04 years in alliance/card business partnership roles. Candidates leading Credit/Debit Card alliances will be given preference.
3. Unit Head – Digital Risk & Fraud (AVP / VP)
Reporting To: Wing Head – Digital Solution Governance & Regulatory Compliance
Place of Posting: Karachi
Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Candidates holding a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or relevant certifications will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 08 years of experience in Digital Product Development, Operational Risk Management, Fraud Risk Management, or Digital Banking Operations. Requires at least 01 year in a supervisory role in Digital Product Development and/or Fraud Monitoring/Operational Risk.
4. Unit Head – Information Security & SaaS (AVP / VP)
Reporting To: Wing Head – Digital Solution Governance & Regulatory Compliance
Place of Posting: Karachi
Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Candidates holding a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or relevant certifications will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 08 years of experience in Product Development and/or Information Security/Cyber Security/IT Security/Digital Banking Technology. Must have at least 01 year in a supervisory role managing Digital Product Development, Information Security, or SaaS Security.
5. Product Manager – Roshan Digital Account (AVP / VP)
Reporting To: Unit Head – Roshan Digital Account
Place of Posting: Karachi
Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Candidates holding a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience in Banking and/or Financial Institutions and/or Telecom/Fintech, with at least 03 years of experience in Customer Onboarding/Digital Onboarding and/or RDA/UI/UX. Preference given to candidates with at least 03 years of direct Roshan Digital Account experience.
Employment Type & Compensation Package
Contract Duration: Appointments will be on a 3-year renewable contract basis, subject to management review and performance.
Salary & Benefits: Selected candidates will receive market-competitive salary packages and benefits as per bank policy.
