Comprehensive Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education/Qualification: A minimum of a Graduation degree or equivalent from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC. Candidates with a Master’s degree in Business and/or other professional certifications such as AIBP/JAIBP will be preferred.

  • Age: Maximum 28 years as of the last date of application submission.

  • Experience: A minimum of one (01) year of relevant banking experience is required.


Key Duties, Responsibilities, and Required Competencies

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including:

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients to grow the bank’s lending portfolio.

  • Developing and executing a client acquisition strategy.

  • Promoting the bank’s financing products, including Working Capital, Trade Finance, and Term Loans.

  • Managing and enhancing existing client relationships to ensure portfolio retention and growth.

  • Conducting periodic client visits and regularly reviewing their financial health.

  • Analyzing financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness.

  • Preparing comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Monitoring credit facilities for early warning signals and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide seamless client service.

Required Knowledge and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Credit Lending, SME Financing, and Trade Finance.

  • Sound knowledge of Banking Regulations and Market Dynamics.

  • Ability to process Commercial / SME Loan applications in a timely and effective manner.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and target-meeting skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and databases.
