- Qualifications: Finance/Economics/Statistics degree
- Experience: 6 years (3 in market risk)
- Key Skills: Risk limit monitoring, regulatory reporting
3. Unit Head – Model Risk Management (AVP/VP)
- Qualifications: Quantitative field degree
- Experience: 6 years (3 in model risk)
- Key Skills: Model validation, risk framework development
4. Unit Head – Risk Assessment & Quantification (AVP/VP)
- Qualifications: Quantitative background
- Experience: 6 years (3 in risk quantification)
