NBP is looking to fill a crucial leadership position within its HR department based in Gujrat.

  • Position / Job Title: Unit Head – Compensation & Benefits (OG-I)

  • Reporting to: Regional HR Business Partner

  • Location: Gujrat


Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:

  • Educational/Professional Qualification: A minimum of a Graduation degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR and/or Public Administration.

  • Experience: A minimum of three (03) years of experience in Human Resources. Candidates with knowledge of HR Governance and/or HR Operations will be preferred.

  • Skills and Knowledge:

    • Good understanding of Human Resources practices and processes.

    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

    • Proficiency in MS Office skills.
