NBP is looking to fill a crucial leadership position within its HR department based in Gujrat.
Position / Job Title: Unit Head – Compensation & Benefits (OG-I)
Reporting to: Regional HR Business Partner
Location: Gujrat
Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:
Educational/Professional Qualification: A minimum of a Graduation degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR and/or Public Administration.
Experience: A minimum of three (03) years of experience in Human Resources. Candidates with knowledge of HR Governance and/or HR Operations will be preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:
Good understanding of Human Resources practices and processes.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office skills.
