2. Chief Monitoring Officer (PPS-09)

  • Qualification: MA/MSc in Economics, Agricultural Economics, MBA, MPA, BSc Engineering, MS in Project Management, or Engineering Management.
  • Experience: 12 years in planning, implementation, and monitoring of development projects.
  • Age Limit: 55 years.
  • Number of Posts: 02 (Islamabad and Quetta Camp Office).

3. Director / Chief Evaluation Officer (PPS-09)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical).
  • Experience: 12 years in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), with experience in evaluating PSDP projects.
  • Age Limit: 55 years.
  • Number of Posts: 01.

4. Evaluation Officer (PPS-08)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Health Sciences, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical).
  • Experience: 5 years in evaluating development projects, preferably in the public sector.
  • Age Limit: 50 years.
  • Number of Posts: 01.

5. Monitoring Officer (PPS-08)

  • Qualification: MA in Economics, MSc in Agricultural Economics, MBA, BSc Engineering, Master’s in Public Health, or MS in Project Management.
  • Experience: 5 years in planning, implementation, and monitoring of development projects. Experience in monitoring PSDP projects is preferred.
  • Age Limit: 45 years.
  • Number of Posts: 08.

6. Deputy Director – Implementation & Compliance (PPS-08)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, MBA, MPA, MS in Project Management, Engineering Management, or BSc Engineering.
  • Experience: 8 years in planning, implementation, and monitoring of development projects.
  • Age Limit: 50 years.
  • Number of Posts: 01.

7. Admin Officer (PPS-07)

  • Qualification: MA in Economics, MHRM, MBA (Finance), MPA, or MCom.
  • Experience: 5 years in administrative, personnel, procurement, or accounts-related matters. Government experience is preferred.
  • Age Limit: 45 years.
  • Number of Posts: 01.

8. APS (PPS-06)

  • Qualification: BA/BSc with shorthand typing speed of 80/40 words per minute. Computer literacy is preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years in a relevant field.
  • Age Limit: 50 years.
  • Number of Posts: 01.

9. Accountant (PPS-06)

  • Qualification: MBA (Finance), MCom, CA Inter, or ACCA Foundation. Computer literacy is preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year in maintaining cash/accounts books and reconciling accounts with AGPR.
  • Age Limit: 45 years.
  • Number of Posts: 01.
