1. Project Director (PPS-10) – 1 Post

| Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum 16 years of education) in Project Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 12 years in a senior management/leadership position in Public or Private Sector IT/Project/Program Management. |
| Skills | Proven track record in project execution, coordination, financial management, team leadership, knowledge of government rules, and strong presentation skills. |
2. Joint Director (Cyber/Information Security Officer) (PPS-09) – 1 Post

| Qualification | 16 Years Degree in the field of Information Security, Cyber Security, or IT from an HEC-recognized institution. International certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, etc.) are a must. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Information or Cyber Security/IT, with at least 6 years in a senior management/leadership role. |

| Qualification | 16 Years Degree in the field of IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from an HEC-recognized institution. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 6 years in a senior management/leadership role in IT operations, network and system administration. |
| Skills | Strong skills in Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS), network security, virtualization, system administration (Windows/Linux), and advanced certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Azure, AWS) are highly desirable. |
Key Expert & Engineer Roles
The project also seeks highly skilled individuals for multiple specialized roles:
Database/MIS Expert (PPS-08): 1 Post. Requires 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex RDBMS/NoSQL databases (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Expert/Director (Geo-Spatial Cell) (PPS-08): 1 Post. Requires 16 years of education in Geomatics, Remote Sensing, or GIS with a minimum of 8 years of experience in developing and managing geo-spatial applications and databases.
Experts (Director, P&D) (PPS-08): 2 Posts. Requires 16 years of education in Project Management/IT with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the respective domain.
