The Government of Pakistan’s Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination is seeking qualified professionals for multiple positions on a contract basis. The positions will be based in Islamabad, Pakistan, for a duration of one year (extendable), ending on June 30, 2025, with a market-based salary.

Available Positions:

1. Project Manager (PPS 9)

   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Minimum Age: 50 years
   • Qualification & Experience: Medical Doctor with a postgraduate degree in public health, specializing in health policy and systems development. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in both public and private health sectors, with at least 2 years in the public sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing is essential.
2. Finance Manager (PPS 8)
   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Minimum Age: 30-40 years
   • Qualification & Experience: Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial management and accounting in public/private sectors is required. Experience in budget formulation, financial analysis, and planning is essential.

3. Procurement Manager (PPS 8)

   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Minimum Age: 30-40 years
   • Qualification & Experience: Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Commerce. At least 10 years of procurement and supply chain management experience in the public/private sectors.

4. Admin Officer (PPS 7)

   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Minimum Age: 30-35 years
   • Qualification & Experience: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles. Experience with grant management and procurement in the public/private sector is preferred.

5. Database Officer (PPS 7)

   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Minimum Age: 30-35 years
   • Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in database management and data analysis. Proficiency in database systems like MySQL, Oracle, and MS SQL is essential.

6. Communication Officer (PPS 7)

   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Minimum Age: 30-35 years
   • Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in health communication is required. Familiarity with digital communication, media planning, and content creation is essential.

7. Training Officer (PPS 7)

   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Minimum Age: 30-35 years
   • Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Education, or Community Development. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in training facilitation and capacity-building, with strong communication and presentation skills, is required.
8. M&E Officer (PPS 7)
   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Minimum Age: 30-35 years
   • Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in Public Health or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation. Experience with program/project design and implementation is essential.
9. Office Assistant (PPS 5)
   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Minimum Age: 25-30 years
   • Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences with 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
