Available Positions and Requirements

1. Principal Nursing
   • No. of Positions: 1
   • Age Limit: Up to 70 years
   • Qualification: Master of Science in Nursing (MSCN) from an HEC-recognized university.
   • Experience: A total of 7 years, including 2 years in an academic role (e.g., Principal, Assistant Professor) and 5 years in clinical or administrative settings. Candidates should also have 2 published articles in HEC-recognized journals in Nursing or Health Science.
2. Manager Nursing
   • No. of Positions: 1
   • Age Limit: Up to 50 years
   • Qualification: BSc Nursing (Generic) or Post RN BScN with valid registration from the Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PN&MC).
   • Experience: 7 years of post-qualification experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role at a teaching hospital. Preference for candidates with a diploma in Hospital Management or an MPH degree.
3. Assistant Nurse Manager (Critical Care)
   • No. of Positions: 1
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
   • Qualification: BSc Nursing (Generic) or Post RN BScN, with valid PN&MC registration.
   • Experience: 5 years of post-qualification experience, including 2 years in ICU, CCU, or ER in a supervisory role. Preference for those with ICU/CCU/ER specialization certificates.
4. Assistant Nurse Manager (Operating Theatre – OT)
   • No. of Positions: 1
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
   • Qualification: BSc Nursing (Generic) or Post RN BScN, with valid PN&MC registration.
   • Experience: 5 years of OT experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Preference for candidates with OT specialization.
5. Infection Control Nurse
   • No. of Positions: 6
   • Age Limit: Up to 35 years
   • Qualification: BSc Nursing (Generic) or Post RN BScN, with valid PN&MC registration.
   • Experience: 5 years, including 2 years in infection control. Preference for candidates with a diploma in Infection Prevention & Control.

6. Registered Nurse Officer (Female)

   • No. of Positions: 60
   • Age Limit: Up to 35 years
   • Qualification: BSc Nursing (Generic), Post RN BScN, or Nursing Diploma with Midwifery. Valid PN&MC registration.
   • Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience.
7. Registered Nurse Officer (Male)
   • No. of Positions: 25
   • Age Limit: Up to 35 years
   • Qualification: BSc Nursing (Generic), Post RN BScN, or Nursing Diploma with a one-year post-basic specialty. Valid PN&MC registration.
   • Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience.
8. Nursing Assistant
   • No. of Positions: 10
   • Age Limit: Up to 35 years
   • Qualification: Certified Nursing Assistant diploma, Lady Health Visitor diploma, or Community Midwife diploma. Valid PN&MC registration.

Application Process

1. Application Form: Download the prescribed application form from the MTI Bannu website at mtibannu.edu.pk.
2. Documents: Submit a completed application form along with biodata, attested photocopies of academic and experience certificates, and a deposit slip for the application processing fee.
   • Fee Details:
     • Rs. 2000 for Principal Nursing and Manager Nursing positions.
     • Rs. 1500 for Assistant Nurse Manager positions.
     • Rs. 1000 for other positions.
   • Deposit the fee in Bank Account No. 3003978558 at the Bank of Khyber (IBB KGNTH MTI Branch Code 5205).
3. Submission: Applications must be submitted both online (via the website) and in hard copy. Cheques or pay orders will not be accepted.
4. Deadline: Applications should reach the HR Department, KGN MTI Bannu within two weeks of the advertisement publication date. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
