Job Description:

• Achieve assigned Deposit targets on a monthly basis as set by management through a live pipeline of potential customers.
• Make calls and visits to the clients to ensure smooth relationships and also maintain the call reports on a daily basis.
• Maintain high service quality standards while interacting with customers for business retention.
• Achieve assigned targets through cross-selling of all other consumer banking products.
• Ensure compliance with local policies, SOPs & regulations guided by SBP in all activities & transactions. Also, ensure compliance with AML/CFT required for the assigned portfolio.

Qualification:

• BBA-Marketing from HEC recognized Local/Foreign University.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year banking experience in Sales.

Age:

• Up to 30 years (as on the last date of submission of the application).

Knowledge/Competencies Required:

• Sales management and strong interpersonal skills.
• Geographical knowledge of the place of posting.
• Knowledge of banking and products.
