MPCL is currently seeking applications for the position of Patwari/Tapedar for its gas exploration and production operations in Daharki, Sindh.

Key Responsibilities:
- Land acquisition and administration for oil and gas exploration/production operations.
- Conduct field surveys to verify land ownership and boundaries.
- Maintain accurate records of land ownership, leases, and agreements.
- Coordinate with local authorities, landowners, and community leaders.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Manage land-related documentation, including NOCs, permits, and licenses.
- Resolve land disputes and issues with stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on land-related matters.
- Provide support for land acquisition, relinquishment, and merger processes.
- Maintain liaison with government departments such as the Revenue and District Administration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Patwar Course with Matriculation or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in land administration, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of Sindh land revenue laws, rules, and regulations.
- Familiarity with local customs and land ownership structures.
- Knowledge of GIS mapping and land information systems is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages (Sindhi, Urdu) is preferred.
