1. Chief Design Officer – EVP (Design & Innovation Group)
   • Experience & Skills: 13 years in digital banking operations, data-driven design strategy, and leadership.
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. Head of Compliance — SEVP (Compliance Group)
   • Experience & Skills: 15 years in compliance within the financial services industry, knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
3. Head of Platforms & Tech Security — EVP (Technology Group)
   • Experience & Skills: 10 years in IT platforms, technology infrastructure optimization, and security implementation.
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cyber Security, or related field. Relevant certifications are beneficial.
4. Database Administrator — VP (Technology Group)
   • Experience & Skills: 7 years in agile or Scrum environment, proficiency in database management systems.
