The Provincial Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in partnership with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), is implementing the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Security Support Project to ensure food security amid the challenges posed by climate change. Positions and Requirements
BS-18 Positions (Age Limit: 45 years)
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Specialist (1 Position)
Education: Minimum 16 years in Economics, Development Studies, Agricultural Economics, or Project Management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in M&E using qualitative and quantitative tools, preferably in the agriculture sector with international donor organizations or public sector organizations.
Skills: Proficiency in English and MS Office.
Information Systems Development Specialist (1 Position)
Education: Minimum 16 years in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT system management.
Skills: Proficiency in managing software and networking equipment.
Communication and Development Specialist (1 Position)
Education: Minimum 16 years in Mass Communication or Journalism.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Knowledge Management/Communication.
Skills: Excellent project reporting skills, proficiency in English and MS Office.
Social Safeguard and Resettlement Specialist (1 Position)
Education: Minimum 16 years in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Environmental Science, or Development Studies.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field.
Environment Specialist (1 Position)
Education: Minimum 16 years in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, or Natural Resource Management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field.
Gender Specialist (1 Position)
Education: Minimum 16 years in Gender Studies, Women’s Studies, Sociology, Social Sciences, or International Development.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field.
Legal Specialist (1 Position)
Education: Minimum 16 years in Law (LLM) or a relevant specialization.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field.
BS-17 Positions (Age Limit: 45 years)
Admin and HR Officer (1 Position)
Education: Minimum 16 years in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Human Resources.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar capacity with international donor organizations or public sector organizations.
Skills: Excellent project reporting skills, proficiency in English and MS Office.

Education: Minimum 16 years in Finance, Commerce, or ACCA.
Experience: Minimum 5 years at a similar level, familiarity with government financial regulations.
BS-16 Positions (Age Limit: 40 years)
Sub-Engineer, Civil (2 Positions)
Education: Diploma or associate degree in civil engineering, or a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the relevant field.
Sub-Engineer, Electrical (2 Positions)
Education: Diploma or associate degree in electrical engineering, or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the relevant field.
Admin and HR Assistants (2 Positions)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the relevant field.
Computer Operator (3 Positions)
Education: Minimum 16 years in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a bachelor’s degree with a one-year diploma in IT.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT.
CAD Operator (1 Position)
Education: Three months course in AUTO-CAD (2-D, 3-D) and MS Office.
Experience: Domicile of District Peshawar.
BS-6 Positions (Age Limit: 40 years)
Drivers (6 Positions)
Education: Literate, valid LTV driving license.
Experience: Preference for experience in driving, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.
BS-3 Positions (Age Limit: 40 years)
Peon/Naib Qasid (9 Positions)
Education: At least Matric 2nd Division.
Domicile: District Peshawar.
Security Guards (4 Positions)
Education: Preferably literate.
Experience: Preferable in government sector.
Sweeper (2 Positions)
Education: Preferably literate.
Domicile: District Peshawar.
Terms and Conditions
Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority.
Candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and verify their CNIC via NADRA E-Sahulat before applying.
Applications for posts at serial numbers 19, 20, and 21 must be submitted directly to ETEA office by June 6, 2024.
Interview calls will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
Positions are contractual, renewable based on performance.
