Kafalah Foundation, a non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to creating a climate-resilient and sustainable economic ecosystem in Pakistan, has announced job opportunities for two top-tier executive positions. 1. Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Number of Positions & Location: 01 – Head Office, Islamabad
Qualification and Experience
Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, ACMA/ACA/ACCA, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the development or government sector.
Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of this experience must be in a senior executive leadership role.
Required Skills: The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, decision-making, fundraising, and stakeholder management skills.
2. Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Number of Positions & Location: 01 – Head Office, Islamabad
Qualification and Experience
Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, ACMA/ACA/ACCA, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in operations management.
Leadership Experience: At least 8 years of this experience must be in a senior leadership role.
Required Skills: The candidate must have strong organizational, program management, and budgeting skills.
