Open Positions
ICAP is hiring for the following four distinct roles:
1. Manager Academics (01 Position) – Karachi
Key Responsibilities: Supporting education and research-related tasks, collaborating with external researchers, and engaging with students to resolve their academic and professional concerns.
Required Qualification & Experience:
A Chartered Accountant (ICAP member) with at least 03 years of post-qualification experience.
OR a Master’s degree in a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience in academics.
Skills: Strong communication and report-writing skills, a flair for analysis and research, and a good command of information technology are preferred.
Remuneration: The position offers a market-competitive package, including an ICAP-maintained car.
2. Deputy Manager (02 Positions) and Assistant Manager Academics (01 Position) – Karachi
Key Responsibilities: Assisting in education and research-related initiatives, coordinating the development of assessment materials, monitoring and evaluating academic programs, and maintaining an academic database for analytical support.
Required Qualification & Experience:
A Master’s degree in a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 03 years of relevant working experience in academics.
Skills: Candidates with a flair for analysis and research, along with a good command of information technology, will be preferred.
3. Senior Officer (02 Positions) and Officer Academics (02 Positions) – Karachi
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for education and related activities to ensure the timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Required Qualification & Experience:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
Skills: Must be proficient in MS Office and possess strong communication skills.
