Executive Roles

  1. Chief Operating Officer (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Finance, or Law.
    • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  2. Chief Internal Auditor (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Finance or Accounts; or CA/ACCA/ACA/ACMA/CIMA/CIA/CPA.
    • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

General Manager Roles

  1. General Manager Technical (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering Management.
    • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  2. General Manager Planning & Design (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Architecture or Urban Planning.
    • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  3. General Manager Project Management (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or Architectural Engineering.
    • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Senior Manager Roles

  1. Senior Manager Project Management (6)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields.
    • Experience: At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  2. Senior Manager Administration (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
    • Experience: At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  3. Senior Manager Contract Administration (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Law, or Contract Management.
    • Experience: At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  4. Senior Manager Environment & Public Health (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.

  5. Senior Manager Technical (1)

  3. Manager Administration (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.

  5. Manager Architecture (2)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Architecture.
    • Experience: At least 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  6. Manager Estimation (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum DAE in Civil/B-Tech (Civil) or 16 years of education in Civil Engineering.
    • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience with DAE (Civil)/B-Tech (Civil) or 7 years with 16 years of education in Civil Engineering.
  7. Manager Software Engineer (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
    • Experience: At least 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in software development.

Assistant Manager Roles

  1. Assistant Manager Contract Administration (1)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Law, or Contract Management.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  2. Assistant Manager Project Management (2)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, Construction Management, Transportation Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  3. Assistant Manager HR (1)
