Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), a leading public sector utility under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is inviting dynamic and exceptional professionals to fill various C-level positions. HESCO operates in 13 districts of Southern Sindh (excluding Karachi) and plays a crucial role in the distribution of electricity.

Positions Available:

1. Chief Financial Officer

• Qualification: Minimum 16-years Degree in relevant subject(s) (MBA Finance, ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or CFA) from HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

2. Chief Commercial Advisor

• Qualification: Minimum 16-years Degree in finance, business administration, or related field from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

3. Chief Human Resource and Career Planning Officer

• Qualification: Minimum 16-years Degree (MBA/MS) preferably in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

4. Chief Information Technology Officer

• Qualification: Minimum 16-years degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

5. Chief Legal Officer

• Qualification: Minimum 16-years Degree (LL.B./LL.M./Barrister at Law).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

6. Chief Supply Chain Management Officer

• Qualification: Minimum 16-years Degree (MBA/MS) in Supply Chain/Operations Research or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

7. Chief Technical/Engineering Advisor

• Qualification: Minimum 16-years Degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

Remuneration & Tenure:

• Market competitive salary based on qualification and experience.
• Initial contract for two (02) years, renewable based on annual performance evaluations.

Other Conditions:

• Candidates must comply with Fit and Proper Criteria as per the Companies Act, 2017, and the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
• Only Pakistani citizens are eligible to apply.

• HESCO reserves the right to abandon the hiring process at any stage.
• Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide an HEC Equivalence certificate.
