Heavy Mechanical Complex Ltd. is inviting applications for the following contract-based positions for the Nalter-III HPP, Gilgit Baltistan Project. If you have the required qualifications and experience, seize this opportunity to contribute to an impactful project.

1. Administrator/Engineer (Max Age: 60)

Required Qualification & Experience:

• BE/BSc (Civil/Mech) from a university recognized by HEC with valid PEC Registration.
• Minimum 15 years experience in Contract Management with expertise in FIDIC and Arbitrations.
• Preferably experienced in Hydropower projects and claim settlements.

2. Project Manager (Max Age: 50)

Required Qualification & Experience:

• BE/BSc (Civil) from a university recognized by HEC with valid PEC Registration.
• Minimum 15 years experience in construction management, preferably in hydropower projects.
• Well-versed in project management tools and techniques.

Terms & Conditions:

• The contract is initially for one year, extendable on satisfactory performance.
• Applicants from Gilgit Baltistan (GB) area are encouraged to apply.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to review or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
