Heavy Mechanical Complex HMC Jobs 2024 is seeking applications from motivated professionals for various positions on a contract basis, with the possibility of extension upon satisfactory performance. Below are the available positions and their requirements:
1. Sr. Manager (Sales & Marketing)
- Max Age Limit: 50
- Qualification & Experience:
- MSc/BSc/BE (Engineering) from a university recognized by HEC.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in an engineering setup.
- Experience in marketing industrial engineering goods, especially sugar mills, cement plants, oil & gas, boilers, and steel structures.
- Preference for candidates with experience in selling heavy castings and forgings of steel products.
- MBA (Marketing)
- Proficiency in MS Office
2. Manager (Sales & Marketing)
- Max Age Limit: 40
- Qualification & Experience:
- BSc/BE (Engineering) from a university recognized by HEC.
- Minimum 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant industry.
- Experience in marketing industrial engineering goods, with preference for candidates having hands-on marketing experience in the steel manufacturing industry.
3. Resident Engineer (Gilgit Baltistan)
- Max Age Limit: 50
- Qualification & Experience:
- BSc/BE (Civil) from a university recognized by HEC.
- Minimum 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in construction projects as a Project Manager/Construction Manager/Resident Engineer.
- Responsible for supervising and managing on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Preference for candidates proficient in project management software and tools, including claims management.
4. Sr. Electrical Engineer (Gilgit Baltistan)
- Max Age Limit: 50
- Qualification & Experience:
- BSc/BE (Electrical) from a university recognized by HEC.
- Minimum 10-12 years of post-qualification experience working at power plants.
- Experience with installation & commissioning of transmission lines at HPPs, including switch yards.
- Experience in designing, developing, testing, and supervising the installation, operation, and maintenance of hydropower electrical components and transmission lines for hydropower generation.
5. Dy. Managers/Asstt. Managers (Sales & Marketing)
- Max Age Limit: 40
- Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree with 5-8 years of post-qualification relevant experience in marketing of sugar plants/spares, cement plants, and chemical industry.
- Preference for candidates with an MBA (Marketing) from an HEC-recognized institute.
6. Assistant Manager (Networks)
- Max Age Limit: 40
- Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation/Master’s in Computer Science or Information Technology with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in networking.
- CCNA/CCNP certification is required.
- Experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s network infrastructure, including managing routers, switches, and firewalls is preferred.
