Expression of Interest: Project Coordinator for Higher Education Development in Pakistan (HEDP) Project
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan is seeking eligible, motivated, and professional individuals for the position of Project Coordinator under the Higher Education Development in Pakistan (HEDP) Project. This role is based in Islamabad, within the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) established by the HEC. The Project aims to improve the quality of teaching, learning, and governance within Pakistan’s higher education sector.

- Project Coordinator (Consultancy-based).

- A Master’s degree (16 years of education) from a reputable national or international university.

- At least 15 years of experience after acquiring the stipulated qualifications, including 5 years at a senior-level role managing large, complex projects with international donors and multiple stakeholders.

- Experience interacting with senior-level policy makers and development institutions.
- Strong proficiency in using office software and computer desktop applications.
- Prior experience with areas covered under the Terms of Reference (ToRs).

- Part-time, honorary, and apprentice/internship positions will not be considered as relevant experience.
