Introduction
The Health Services Academy (HSA), a degree-awarding institute under the Government of Pakistan, has announced vacancies for various positions under the PSOP project titled “One Health Workforce Development and Coordination – Towards Pandemic Readiness.” These positions are open to Pakistani nationals on a purely contract basis.
Available Positions
1. Database Developer/Web Developer (PPS-07)
Maximum Age Limit: 35 years
Qualifications & Experience:
PhD in Computer Science, IT, Database Administration, or related field with 1 year of experience, OR
Master’s degree with 2 years of experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience.
Public sector experience is required.
Proficiency in web technologies, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and security best practices.
Experience with CMS and Git is a plus.

2. Research Associate (PPS-05)
Maximum Age Limit: 35 years
Qualifications & Experience:
BS/Master’s/PhD in Public Health, Veterinary Medicine, Environmental Science, or related field.
Strong research, data analysis, and scientific writing skills.
Experience in epidemiology, health policy, or One Health initiatives preferred.

3. Naib Qasid (PPS-02)
Maximum Age Limit: 30 years
Qualifications & Experience:
Middle pass with 3 years of relevant experience.
Preference for candidates with Matric and LTV driving license.

4. Sweeper (PPS-01)
Maximum Age Limit: 30 years
Qualifications & Experience:
Literate; experience in government offices preferred.
