1. Deputy Controller of Examinations (BPS-18)
- Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable)
- Qualification:
- 16 years of education (Graduation) in second class from an HEC-recognized university, preferably in first class.
- At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in Examinations, Administration, or Teaching.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in BPS-17 or equivalent.
- Age Limit: 45 years
2. Deputy Librarian (BPS-18)
- Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable)
- Qualification:
- MS/BS in Library and Information Science (16 years of education), preferably in first class.
- 6 years of post-qualification experience in a university, board, government department, or recognized private firm, with 3 years equivalent to BPS-17.
- Age Limit: 45 years
3. Chief Accountant (BPS-18)
- Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable)
- Qualification:
- MS/MBA/BBA in Commerce, Economics, or Finance (16 years of education) in second class, preferably first class.
- At least 6 years of post-qualification experience managing accounting transactions, preparing budgets, managing balance sheets, and other related work.
- 3 years equivalent to BPS-17 in a university, board, government department, or recognized private firm.
- Age Limit: 45 years
4. Assistant Controller of Examinations (BPS-17)
- Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable)
- Qualification:
- Graduation (16 years) in second class, preferably first class.
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in examinations and administration in a university, board, government department, or recognized private firm.
- Age Limit: 35 years
5. Assistant Director of HR (BPS-17)
- Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable)
- Qualification:
- Graduation (16 years) in second class, preferably first class.
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources in a university, board, government department, or recognized private firm.
- Age Limit: 35 years
6. Administrative Officer (BPS-17)
- Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable)
- Qualification:
- Graduation (16 years) in second class, preferably first class.
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Office Administration in a university, board, government department, or recognized private firm.
- Age Limit: 35 years
7. Assistant Resident Auditor (BPS-17)
- Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable)
- Qualification:
- Graduation (16 years) in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration (Accounting/Finance), preferably in first class.
- Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in audit, budgeting, and finance in a university, board, government department, or recognized private firm.
- Age Limit: 35 years
8. Assistant Registrar (BPS-17)
- Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable)
- Qualification:
- Graduation (16 years) in second class, preferably in first class.
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in administration, preferably in a university or similar institution.
- Age Limit: 35 years
9. Assistant Librarian (BPS-17)
- Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable)
- Qualification:
- BS in Library and Information Science (16 years of education) in second class, preferably first class.
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in library management in a university, board, government department, or recognized private firm.
- Age Limit: 35 years
General Instructions:
- The positions are on a 2-year contract, extendable based on performance.
- Only candidates with Sindh province domicile are eligible to apply.
- Candidates working in government/semi-government and autonomous bodies must apply through proper channels and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
