Program Objective: This program aims to recruit talented fresh graduates for the Commercial Banking & Small-Medium Enterprise (CBSME) business. Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training under the guidance of senior managers to develop them into proficient professionals and future leaders within the banking industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Relationship Manager, Unit Head, or Team Leader in various assigned tasks.
- Provide high-quality relationship management services to both new and existing customers, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
- Aid in identifying the needs of Commercial & SME banking customers and contribute to the introduction of new products and services.
- Take responsibility for the growth of the assets portfolio.
- Conduct financial statements and credit analysis of customers for credit applications and conduct annual reviews.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators, providing necessary information promptly as advised by management.
- Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan’s (SBP) prudential and other regulations, as well as adherence to the bank’s prevailing policies and procedures.
