Details of Each Position

Dy. Director (Law Cadre)

  • Responsibilities: Managing legal affairs, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, providing legal advice.
  • Qualifications: LL.B with at least a 2nd division or Grade ‘C’ from an HEC recognized university.
  • Experience Required: 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a responsible position.
  • Age Limit: 35 years.
  • Domicile Requirements: Punjab Merit (1).

Dy. Director (IT Cadre)

  • Responsibilities: Overseeing IT projects, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity.
  • Qualifications: Minimum Master’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Telecom with at least a 2nd division or Grade ‘C’.
  • Experience Required: 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Age Limit: 35 years.
  • Domicile Requirements: Punjab Merit (1), Sindh Rural Merit (1).

Director (Operations Cadre)

  • Responsibilities: Managing operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, implementing policies.
  • Qualifications: Minimum 16 years’ Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience Required: Preferably candidates well-versed in computer literacy.
  • Age Limit: 30 years.
  • Domicile Requirements: Merit (8), Punjab Merit (46), Punjab Women (5), and others.

Assistant Dy (Office Cadre)

  • Responsibilities: Office management, administrative support, coordinating office activities.
  • Qualifications: Minimum 16 years’ Degree in relevant fields with at least a 2nd division.

Assistant  (Finance, Accounts, Audit & Investment Cadre)

  • Qualifications: M.Com/MBA(Finance) or CA/CMA/ACCA with at least a 2nd division.

How to Apply In EOBI?

Interested candidates must apply through the prescribed form available on the LUMS-EOBI recruitment test portal at https://eobi.lums.edu.pk/. Applications in any other format will not be accepted.

Application Deadline

The deadline for submitting the online application is fifteen (15) days from the date of the advertisement. Late applications will not be considered.

Test Fee Candidates must pay a fee of PKR 2500 per test, payable through the LUMS online portal. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Eligibility Notification LUMS will scrutinize applications and notify candidates of their eligibility status via email. Candidates can also check their status by logging into their test accounts on the portal.

Written Test and Interview

Test Design and Administration The written test will be designed and administered by the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Lahore. The passing percentage for the written test is set at 60%, and it will be conducted in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta.

Passing Criteria The written test holds a weightage of 70%, while the interview accounts for 30%. Candidates must score at least 60% in the interview to pass.

Interview Process Interviews for successful candidates will be conducted by EOBI, with the schedule to be announced. The interview will focus on assessing the candidate’s suitability for the role.

Terms and Conditions

Age & Qualification Considerations Age and qualification will be considered as of the last date for submission of applications.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) Current government or semi-government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective organization at the time of the interview.

Probation Period Selected candidates will undergo a probationary period of at least one year.

Original Documents Requirement Candidates must bring their original CNIC, educational certificates verified by HEC, and experience certificates to the interview.

Misleading Information Consequences Providing misleading information will disqualify the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process.

Recruitment Process Rights EOBI reserves the right to stop the recruitment process at any stage or to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.

Posting Locations Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan, but positions in Finance, Office, Law, and IT Cadres are based at the Head Office in Karachi.
