- Educational Qualification:

- Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or a recognized body of corporate/charter secretaries.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial/corporate affairs/board affairs in a comparable public or private organization.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Company Secretary or Secretary of the Board.
- Hands-on experience in managing statutory and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- LL.M. (Master of Law) with at least 2nd division or Grade “C” from a university recognized by HEC with 8 years of relevant experience and 5 reported cases in superior courts.
- LLB with at least 2nd division or Grade “C” from a university recognized by HEC with 10 years of relevant experience and 5 reported cases of superior courts.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a responsible position in a commercial/industrial establishment or Government Organization. (Relaxable in case of higher qualification in Law).
- Other Requirements:
- Established computer literacy and ability to work in MS Office.
3. Director (IT Cadre) (Grade-09, Equivalent to BPS-19)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Domicile: Punjab Merit
- Salary Scale: Rs. 87,840-4,530-178,440
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or IT with at least 2nd division or Grade “C” from a university recognized by HEC (Minimum 18 years of education).
- Experience:
- 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Two years of relevant and valid certification will be required.
