Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, preferably LLM, from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years as an Advocate, including 8 years of experience in High Court with at least 20 personally contested cases in the High Court (excluding family or rent cases).
- Alternatively, retired Additional Sessions Judges are eligible to apply.

Application Instructions

Age Relaxation: Five years relaxation in the upper age limit over and above the prescribed age limit as per the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.

Submission of Hard Copy: Along with the online application, candidates must submit hard copies of their applications in the prescribed format. This includes CVs, attested copies of all relevant educational documents, Bar Card, Licenses of District Courts & High Courts, experience certificates, list of personally contested High Court cases, CNIC, one recent passport size photograph, and domicile. These documents should be sent to P.O. Box No. 1418, GPO, Islamabad, within 30 days of the advertisement’s publication.

Application Deadline: Applications received after the cut-off date will not be entertained.
Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
