1. Fact Checker (BS-16)

2. Data Entry Operator (BS-14)

3. Naib Qasid (BS-02)
Number of Vacancies: 14
Basis: Ordinarily on Local Basis
Age Limit: 25 Years
Eligibility Criteria: Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for these roles:
Fact Checker (BS-16):
A Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education).
At least 02 years of work experience in relevant areas.
Knowledge of the electoral context in Pakistan.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong English written and communication skills.
Experience working with international NGOs will be preferred.
Data Entry Operator (BS-14):
A Bachelor’s degree.
A one-year Computer/IT Diploma.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute and multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to transform data from paper format into digital format and use the Urdu language.
Naib Qasid (BS-02):
Primary Pass.

For Fact Checker and Data Entry Operator:
Step 1: Online Application
Applicants must first apply online through the ECP’s Online Recruitment System at: www.ecp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk.
This online application must be submitted within 20 days of the advertisement’s printing in the newspapers.
Step 2: Hard Copy Submission
After submitting the online application, you are also required to submit a hard copy of the application on the prescribed format.
This hard copy must be sent along with your CV, all relevant educational and experience certificates, your CNIC, and one recent passport-sized photograph.
The hard copy application must reach the following address within 30 days of the advertisement’s publication.

For Naib Qasid (BS-02):
Applicants for the post of Naib Qasid are only required to submit a hard copy of their application.

The name of the position applied for must be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
The station for the test/interview will be decided based on the number of candidates.
