Position: Universal Teller
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Transactions: Handling the receipt and payment of cash over the counter in accordance with SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) guidelines.
- Transaction Processing: Clearing utility bills, fund transfers, RTGS, and handling the issuance/cancellation of banker’s cheques.
- ATM Management: Balancing and replenishing ATMs as per SBP guidelines.
- Account Management: Opening accounts in the system by following the AML/CFT policy, along with activating dormant accounts as per internal SOP guidelines.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining all files, keeping records, and updating reports as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Support Role: Assisting the Branch Operations Manager in daily branch operations activities.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Relevant work experience of 2-3 years in the banking sector.
