ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR DIRECTOR GENERAL JOB 2026

Applicants must hold a PhD degree in one of the following or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized institution:

Agriculture
Relevant allied sciences
PUBLICATIONS REQUIREMENT
Candidates must have at least 25 research publications in impact factor journals, demonstrating strong research credentials.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet one of the following experience criteria:
Must be a Professor at a Public Sector University or Higher Education Institution
Minimum 15 years of teaching and research experience, or
At least 10 years post-PhD teaching and research experience at an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution
Relevant professional experience in national or international organizations
