Crucial Terms, Conditions & Age Relaxations

Age Relaxation: General upper age relaxation of up to 15 years will be applicable as per the Sindh Government rules and the Services Act 1973. Government servants with at least 3 years of continuous service enjoy an upper age limit of 30 years.
Quota Allocations: Regular quotas for women, minorities, and disabled/special persons are strictly observed according to government policies. Special persons must present an authentic disability certificate issued by NADRA.
Typing/Shorthand Test Standard: For Stenographers and Junior Clerks, a minimum score of 50% marks is mandatory in the initial shorthand/typing tests to qualify for further screening.
Interview Requirements: Shortlisted applicants must bring original educational documents, CNIC, PRC, Domicile, and character certificates to the interview. No TA/DA is admissible.

Track A: For Stenographer (BPS-16) & Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

Recruitment for these positions is managed by NTS.

Deposit Fee: Generate the online deposit slip/challan for Rs. 800/-. The fee can be paid via participating banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking apps (EasyPaisa/JazzCash), or TCS Express counters.
Submit Form: Send the completed online form alongside your paid deposit slip directly to NTS. Do not send hard copies of these forms to the Hyderabad Court office.

Track B: For Naib Qasid (BPS-03) & Sweeper (BPS-03)

Applications for lower scales are submitted directly to the court.
