Eligibility Criteria for CSS CE-2026
Only candidates who successfully Qualified in MPT CE-2026 are eligible to apply for the written examination.

Mandatory Procedure to Apply (Steps after MPT Qualification)
Candidates who qualified the MPT-2026 must follow a strict, multi-step application procedure:
1. Online Fee Payment (Mandatory)
Payment Amount: Rs. 2200/-
Deadline: Fee must be paid well before 22nd December 2025.
Method: Pay via the 1-Link facility (ATMs, mobile banking apps, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, internet banking, or over the counter at any 1-Link member bank).
PSID Generation: Candidates must log into their MPT portal on www.fpsc.gov.pk, complete their profile, and generate a 16-digit PSID for the online fee payment. (Fee paid on old FPSC Challan Form will not be accepted).
2. Complete Online Application
After depositing the fee, log in again via the ‘Apply Online’ link on www.fpsc.gov.pk.
Candidates must complete the online application by entering the required details, selecting optional subjects (as per Appendix-I), occupational groups, and exam centre.
Note: Online fee payment alone does not mean the application has been submitted. The application is only complete after all selections are made and it appears in ‘Application History.’ No changes are allowed later.
3. Hard Copy Submission (Post)
A signed hard copy of the completed online application, along with attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, domicile, and four (4) photographs, must reach the FPSC office before 1st January 2026.
Note: Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.
