CPSP Job Opportunities 2025: Chief Manager Finance and Electrical Engineer (Karachi Based)

The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP), a premier Postgraduate Medical Institution since 1962, is inviting applications for two senior and technical positions at its Karachi office.

CPSP is seeking highly qualified and experienced candidates for executive roles in Finance and Electrical Engineering.

I. Chief Manager (Finance) – Karachi Based

This is a key leadership role in the financial administration of CPSP, ensuring compliance, reporting, and efficient financial operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Basic Qualification: B.Com / BBA.

• Preferred Qualification: MBA Finance or part-qualified ICMA / ACCA / CA will be preferred.

• Experience: Must have relevant work experience in Tax matters, Accounts & Finance & Auditing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist day-to-day financial operations (accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, Taxation, and audit matters).

• Implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure tax and regulatory compliance.

• Liaison with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.

• Planning and execution processes across departments and Regional Centers.

II. Electrical Engineer – Karachi Based

This technical position is crucial for managing the electrical infrastructure and maintenance across the institution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.E Electrical from a recognized institution, having relevant experience.

• Skills/Knowledge: Must have working knowledge about Electrical Design, Electrical Power Supply, Generators, Lightning System etc, and maintenance.
