To enhance its operations and service delivery, TransPeshawar is seeking dynamic, experienced, and self-driven professionals for two pivotal roles: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Profile:

The Chief Executive Officer will report directly to the Board of Directors of TransPeshawar. The CEO will lead the implementation, management, marketing, and service delivery of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) System. The primary objective is to ensure strategic direction, achieve business goals, and meet the expectations of the government and various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualification:
    • 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Public Administration from a recognized university.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience.
    • Experience in project management and multinational companies will be an added advantage.
  • Age Requirement:
    • Up to 55 years on the closing date of applications.

2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Profile:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will ensure effective financial management, strategic planning, and decision-making supported by sound analysis.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualification:
    • The applicant shall be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
    • Experience at the senior management level of a reputable national/international organization or in the private/public sector will be an added advantage.
  • Age Requirement:
    • Up to 50 years on the closing date of applications.
