Minimum Qualification: An MA/M.Sc degree is required.
Experience: Applicants can come from either a military or civilian background:
Retired Armed Forces Personnel: Must be a retired Lt Col / Col / Brig or equivalent. Experience in residential or military colleges is mandatory.
Civilian (Educationalist): Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in cadet colleges or residential colleges.
Domicile: The candidate must be a Citizen of Pakistan.
Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is up to 55 years.
