BRIDGE Consultants Foundation is a non-profit organization currently looking for candidates for the following positions for its Global Fund Project on TB (DOTS) across multiple districts of Sindh province. We seek young, energetic, and hardworking individuals who aspire to grow their careers in the public health profession. Eligibility Criteria

District Officer

Academic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, or Social Work, OR
- BS in Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, Social Work
- Additional qualifications: Dispenser, Paramedic, Lab Technician course from Sindh Medical Faculty
Experience: Minimum 4 years of team leader and field experience. Work as a team member with social sector organizations in the same capacity.
Skills:
- Computer knowledge and skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivational and convincing skills
- Understanding of ethics
- Problem-solving
- Strong linkages with community influencers, local doctors, and District Health Department officials

District Field Supervisor

Academic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, or Social Work, OR
