Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Educational Requirement: MBA in Human Resource.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector.
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks related to payroll, employee benefits, and other administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Centralization of loans and advance salary disbursement.
- Full processing of payroll.
- Assisting in salary disbursement through the HR portal.
- Generating various reports from HRMS as needed.
- Coordinating with different zones for payroll-related data and changes in the HRMS.
- Conducting staff surveys.
- Assisting in training and quality assurance.
- Supporting performance management systems (PMS).
- Distributing insurance cards.
- Preparing salary certificates.
- Managing dispatch for inward and outward communication.
- Any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
