The International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS) invites applications for the following academic positions at the H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry and the Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research:

Available Positions

1. Professor (Medicinal Chemistry)

• Pay Scale: Rs. 304,875–684,450 (as per TTS Statutes of ICCBS)
• Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Chemistry from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • At least 12 years of post-Ph.D. teaching and research experience in Medicinal Chemistry or Synthesis of Bioactive Compounds and Drug Leads.
  • 15 research publications (5 in the last 5 years) in internationally abstracted impact factor journals.

2. Professor (Genomics and Forensic DNA Analysis)

• Pay Scale: Rs. 394,875–684,450 (as per TTS Statutes of ICCBS)
• Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Chemistry/Biochemistry from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • At least 12 years of post-Ph.D. experience in Genomics, DNA Sequencing Technologies, Bioinformatics, or Forensic DNA Analysis.
  • 15 research publications (5 in the last 5 years) in internationally abstracted impact factor journals.

3. Professor (Polymers and Materials Science)

• Pay Scale: Rs. 394,875–684,450 (as per TTS Statutes of ICCBS)
• Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Chemistry from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • At least 12 years of post-Ph.D. research and teaching experience in Polymer Characterization and Applications of Polymer-Based Materials.
  • 15 research publications (5 in the last 5 years) in internationally abstracted impact factor journals.

4. Associate Professor (Molecular Microbiology)

• Pay Scale: Rs. 263,250–493,590 (as per TTS Statutes of ICCBS)
• Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • At least 8 years of post-Ph.D. teaching and research experience in Molecular Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, and Pre-clinical Model Development.
  • 10 research publications (5 in the last 5 years) in internationally abstracted impact factor journals.
