Core Responsibilities

For Manager (IT):

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of university software systems (including ERP, HRMS, Student Information System [SIS], etc.).

• Provide technical leadership to development teams, manage system architecture, and coordinate with departments to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

• Ensure application security, data integrity, backups, disaster recovery, and continuous system evaluation.

For Assistant Manager (IT):

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of university applications while ensuring adherence to SDLC and coding standards.

• Support technical teams in execution, monitor progress, and translate departmental requirements under the guidance of the Manager IT.

• Contribute to system reliability, data integrity, backups, and digital transformation initiatives.
