1. Project Manager (M/F) — ZCRA Program
Project Context: Zurich Climate Resilience Alliance (ZCRA) Programme.
Target Locations: District Matiari / District Shaheed Benazir Abad.
Required Qualification: Master's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, DRR (Disaster Risk Reduction), Public Policy, or a closely related field.
Required Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in climate change/resilience, nature-based solutions, climate-smart agriculture, or managing flood and heatwave projects.
Demonstrated experience in policy and stakeholder engagement at both district and provincial levels, working with multi-level stakeholders (government line departments on climate change and DRR, private sector, UN agencies, and academia).
2. Project Manager (M/F) — BCI Program
Project Context: Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) Project.
Target Location: District Umerkot.
Required Qualification: Preferably Ph.D., M.Phil, or M.Sc in Agriculture or another social science discipline from a recognized university.
Required Experience:
8–10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in agriculture-related projects, preferably cotton-related project management.
Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement, particularly with government bodies, academia, research institutions, and CSOs (Civil Society Organizations).
3. HR, Admin & Logistic Officer
Required Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration (BBA, BPA, MBA, MPA) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates holding an MBA or MPA degree.
Required Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in handling HR, administration, and routine logistic tasks within development sector organizations.
