ICAP Career Opportunities 2026: Senior Managers Required for North Region

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is inviting applications from dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Senior Managers – North. These roles are based in Lahore and Islamabad, and the successful candidates will oversee operations across multiple hubs in the Northern Region.

Position Overview

  • Post Name: Senior Managers – North

  • Total Positions: 02 (01 for Lahore, 01 for Islamabad)

  • Reporting To: COO / Secretary ICAP

  • Key Locations:

    • Lahore: Overseeing Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, and Sialkot.

    • Islamabad: Overseeing Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Mirpur, Abbottabad, Peshawar, and Gilgit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Execute operational plans with defined actions and timelines across regional offices in line with ICAP’s strategic objectives.

  • Compliance & Supervision: Supervise administrative heads ensuring compliance, internal controls, and implementation of ICAP policies.

  • Support Functions: Support ICAP functions including Examinations, Education & Training, Members’ Affairs, Legal & Corporate, Finance, and IT.

  • Representation: Represent ICAP at government and non-government forums.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, the corporate sector, education partners, and government bodies.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Qualification:

    • Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in the role.

    • OR Master's degree holder from an HEC-recognized university with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

  • Skills:

    • Good understanding of ICAP stakeholders, including members and students.

    • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.

    • Excellent decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
