Solar Water Lift Pump: Farmer Share – Rs. 600,000/-
Solar Water Tubewell (100 ft Depth): Farmer Share – Rs. 838,000/-
Solar Water Tubewell (150 ft Depth): Farmer Share – Rs. 1,038,000/-
Solar Water Tubewell (250 ft Depth): Farmer Share – Rs. 1,340,000/-
Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
To ensure the benefits reach genuine landowners and active farmers, the Agriculture Department has set specific eligibility requirements:
Land Ownership: Applicants must own a minimum of 12 acres of agricultural land.
Sindh Domicile: Only permanent residents of Sindh province are eligible to apply.
Fresh Groundwater: The scheme is applicable only in areas where the groundwater is fresh and suitable for irrigation purposes.
Documentation: A verified copy of Land Revenue Form VII (Deh/Tappa verified) and a valid CNIC are mandatory.
Water Quality Report: A laboratory test report confirming the suitability of water for agricultural use must be attached (except for lift pumps).

How to Apply: Step-by-Step Guide
Interested farmers can follow these steps to secure their subsidized solar system:
Obtain Application Forms: Forms are available free of charge at the Office of the Additional Director General, Agriculture Engineering (Lower Sindh), 1st Floor, Block-B, Shahbaz Building, Hyderabad. Photocopies of the form are also acceptable.
Prepare the File: Attach attested copies of your CNIC, verified Form VII, and a recent water test report from a recognized laboratory (not older than 60 days).
Select a Firm: Applicants can choose from a list of pre-qualified firms, including M/s MB Royal Enterprises, M/s ZN Sahito, M/s Sarhad Plastic Industries, M/s Density Drilling, M/s MDS & Co, and M/s Sarwar Engineering Works.
Submit the Application: The completed file must be submitted to the Hyderabad office by hand or via registered post.
Pay Order: A refundable token money or partial share may be required as per departmental instructions at the time of final selection.

The last date for the submission of applications is February 20, 2026. Applications received after this date or those that are incomplete will not be entertained.
