The organization is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Assistant Manager Internal Audit at its Head Office in Sukkur.
Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
This position offers a one-year contract, which is extendable based on the candidate’s performance. The role is vital for strengthening governance, transparency, and accountability across SRSO operations.
Audit Execution: Planning and executing assigned audits in line with approved audit plans, schedules, and methodologies.
Documentation: Preparing and reviewing detailed audit work papers, documenting procedures, findings, and conclusions for comprehensive reporting.
Supervision: Overseeing the work of Senior Audit Officers and Audit Officers.
Internal Controls: Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
Collaboration: Working with various departments to understand business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Qualification and Experience Requirements for 2026
SRSO is looking for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
Professional Qualifications: Candidates should be Qualified or Part-qualified ACCA/ICMA or hold a Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines such as Accounting and Finance from an HEC-recognized institution.
Minimum Experience: * 2 years of experience for those with professional qualifications.
5 years of experience in Internal Audit or Finance for Master’s degree holders.
Experience in a development sector organization or NGO is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting, and auditing standards is essential.
