The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS), the prime official agency for collecting, compiling, and disseminating reliable statistical information under the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives, is offering a challenging executive opportunity. Position Details: Member (Support Services)

| Term of Appointment | Four (04) years, eligible for re-appointment (subject to performance), or until attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. |
| Responsibilities | Supervising the work of sections under his/her command and assisting the Chief Statistician in the dispensation of assignments in relevant fields. |
Qualification and Eligibility Criteria

| Qualifications | An advanced university degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Sciences from an HEC-recognized university (preferably from a leading International University). |
| Skills & Experience | Must demonstrate the ability to direct the design, development, and maintenance of IT operations and infrastructure of a large organization. Must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience, with at least five (5) years in a senior management position in an organization of significant size and importance. |
| Additional Advantage | A sound understanding of Government Management Systems would be an advantage. |
